Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. provides premium, private-pay, RN-led post-operative recovery support for clients following surgery.

Based in Ontario and serving the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities, Elite provides professional recovery support in the comfort and privacy of the client's home, hotel or private accommodation.

Care is individualized according to the client's surgery, clinical needs, surgeon's instructions, recovery goals and available support.

What We Do

Elite specializes in private post-operative recovery.

We provide professional observation, clinical oversight, personal care, mobility assistance and practical recovery support following discharge from surgery.

Depending on the client's recovery needs, care may be provided by a Registered Nurse, Personal Support Worker, or both, with RN clinical leadership maintained throughout the recovery plan.

Clinical Leadership

Elite Concierge Nurses is clinically led by, Founder and Clinical Director, Christine Johnson, who is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of nursing experience, including 17 years of ICU, emergency and critical-care experience.

Clinical leadership provides assessment, oversight and professional judgment while maintaining a clear distinction between RN clinical responsibilities and PSW recovery support.

Our Clinical Team

Our recovery team includes experienced Registered Nurses and Personal Support Workers selected for their professionalism and commitment to safe, respectful and discreet care.

Registered Nurses provide clinical assessment, nursing care and clinical oversight within their professional scope.

Personal Support Workers provide personal care, mobility assistance and practical recovery support within their role.

Our Approach

Every recovery is different.

Elite develops individualized recovery support around the client's procedure, clinical needs, surgeon's instructions, recovery environment and available support.

We work within the recovery plan established by the client's surgeon and medical team. Clinically significant changes are recognized and escalated through the appropriate clinical pathway.

Our role is to support the client's post-operative recovery plan — not to replace the surgeon or medical team.
