Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. is a private, premium, RN-led postoperative recovery service supporting clients recovering from back, spinal, orthopedic, plastic and reconstructive surgery in their homes, Airbnbs or hotels.
Our registered nurses provide nursing care in accordance with your surgeon’s orders, while our personal support workers assist with personal care and daily needs as outlined in your care plan.
We welcome local, out-of-province and international clients, providing professional, discreet support that respects your comfort, dignity and individual recovery needs.

Meet Christine
Founder & Clinical Director | Registered Nurse
My name is Christine, and I have been a nurse for 30 years, including 17 years in critical care and five years in the emergency room. I have loved nursing all my life. In fact, I have wanted to be a nurse since I was five years old.
In high school, while choosing my science courses, I shared that dream. Some people laughed and told me I would be a “bedpan carrier.” Those words stayed with me, but so did my determination to become a nurse.
The journey was long, but it was worth it. Along the way, I have worked in many hospitals, alongside wonderful colleagues, and cared for, supported and guided some amazing clients and families who have made it all worthwhile.
After 30 years, it is time for me to step away from bedside nursing. That has been a difficult decision. When you have loved something for so long, it is hard to imagine what comes next.
As I worked through that decision, I found a way to continue giving, helping and supporting others through Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. It allows me to bring the experience and care I have shared at the bedside into a new role—guiding our team and supporting clients and families through their recovery.
Our Team
Our team includes registered nurses with experience in intensive care, emergency and medical-surgical nursing, alongside personal support workers who help with personal care and everyday needs.
Our nurses provide nursing care within their professional scope, and our PSWs offer practical, attentive personal support. Under Christine’s clinical oversight, everyone has a clear role and someone to turn to for guidance.
We take time to get to know you—what makes you comfortable, when you would enjoy some company and when you would prefer a little quiet. We respect your privacy and your independence, while making it easier to accept help when you need it.
Above all, we want you to feel welcome, respected and comfortable being yourself while you recover.
Our Approach
Whether you contact us yourself or are referred by someone else, we begin by listening and getting to know you. Before gathering your personal health information, we explain what we need, how it will be used and who it may need to be shared with. We ask you to complete a consent form to allow us to receive and share the information agreed upon for planning your care.
We talk about your health, upcoming surgery, travel dates where applicable, your emergency contact, support available where you will be staying and any equipment you may need. Just as importantly, we ask about your concerns, preferences and goals for recovery.
Every recovery is different. This conversation, together with Christine’s clinical assessment, helps us recommend a suitable care package.
We explain the available options and give you time to ask questions and discuss them with your partner, spouse or family if you wish. The final choice is yours, and we want you to feel informed and comfortable before agreeing to care.
Our role is to support your postoperative recovery in keeping with your surgeon’s instructions and medical team’s treatment plan. Our services do not replace their advice, follow-up appointments or medical care.by you the client
