Supporting the Transition from Hospital to Recovery
Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. provides private, RN-led post-operative recovery services for clients who have been medically cleared to recover outside the hospital. We welcome enquiries from surgeons, nurses, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals seeking additional recovery support for their patients.
Care is provided in a private home, hotel or Airbnb within our service area, with a personalized plan informed by the client’s needs, discharge instructions and prescribed care.
We work with surgeons, care teams and facilities to support patients through their post-operative recovery. Our role is to help your patients follow the discharge plan you have outlined, with personalized care in a home, hotel or Airbnb setting once they have been medically cleared to recover outside the hospital.

Clinical Leadership
Our Founder and Clinical Director, Christine Johnson, RN, brings 30 years of nursing experience, including 17 years in critical care and five years in the emergency department.
Our team includes Registered Nurses with critical care, emergency and medical-surgical backgrounds, alongside Personal Support Workers. Each team member works within their role, training and scope, with clinical oversight and guidance from our Clinical Director.
Planning and Communication
Before accepting care, our Clinical Director reviews the proposed surgery, anticipated discharge and recovery dates, relevant health history, recovery setting, equipment and staffing needs. Service suitability and availability are confirmed before booking.
With the client’s consent, we communicate with the referring or treating team to clarify care instructions and share relevant concerns. Our services complement the surgical team’s follow-up plan and do not replace hospital care or scheduled clinical reviews.

Personalized Recovery Support
Depending on the selected package and agreed care plan, support may include:
RN assessments and monitoring of recovery.
Support with prescribed pain-management and medication plans.
Wound and dressing care as ordered and agreed.
Assistance with mobility, positioning and personal care in line with discharge instructions.
Practical support with meals, hydration and daily activities.
Recovery education for clients and, with consent, their support persons.
Services are arranged according to assessed needs, staff availability and the care required. PSW-only packages and combined RN/PSW packages are available; the roles and scheduled coverage are clarified before care begins.
