Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. is a private, premium, RN-led post-operative recovery service supporting clients following spinal, back, orthopedic, plastic, reconstructive and other surgical procedures. We provide personalized care in the comfort and privacy of a home, Airbnb or hotel once clients have been medically cleared to recover outside the hospital.
Meet the Founder and Clinical Director
My name is Christine, and caring for others has been at the heart of my life for 30 years. My nursing career includes 17 years in critical care and five years in the emergency department. Along the way, I have worked in many hospitals, alongside dedicated colleagues, and had the privilege of caring for wonderful patients and families who have left a lasting impression on me.
I have wanted to be a nurse since I was five years old. When the time came to step away from hospital bedside nursing, it was a deeply personal and difficult decision. Caring for people was still very much part of who I was.
That is how Elite Concierge Nurses Inc. came to life — a way to continue caring, teaching and supporting others through a new chapter of nursing.
Through Elite, I bring my experience and commitment to helping clients feel supported during recovery. My hope is that every person in our care feels heard, respected and comfortable asking questions, and that every family feels welcomed and included.
Our Team
Our team brings together Registered Nurses with backgrounds in critical care, emergency and medical-surgical nursing, alongside dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Together, we provide personalized recovery care with warmth, respect and attention to your comfort and dignity.
Each team member works within their professional scope, training and assigned responsibilities, with clinical oversight and guidance from our Founder and Clinical Director, Christine Johnson, RN. We work together to help you feel supported, informed and cared for throughout your recovery.
Our Approach
Thoughtful recovery care begins with getting to know you. Before services begin, you and our Clinical Director will review your health history, surgical plan, anticipated recovery dates, equipment needs and the level of nursing and personal support you may require.
Together, we will explore our care packages and discuss a plan suited to your needs and preferences. We explain your care schedule, the roles of your care team and any optional services, so you know what to expect before care begins.
